Cole Magrath
President & Managing Director
Cole was previously a Managing Director at Macquarie Capital Principal Finance, where he spent 9+ years. While at Macquarie, he developed deep financial, operational, and expertise, investing over $3.5 billion of capital across more than 30 middle market transactions, serving on numerous boards of directors. His primary industry focus included insurance services, B2B services businesses, home services, and healthcare.
Prior to Macquarie, Cole had an extensive career in finance, including roles at MetLife, Oak Hill Advisors, and Credit Suisse.
Cole earned his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction. He also holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
