Our President has spent a 15+ year career investing in and helping to grow middle market businesses.  He is setting out on this entrepreneurial journey to own, operate and grow a lower middle-market business.

We endeavor to acquire, operate and own a single small business for the long-term.  Our President will make a substantial investment of personal wealth and 100% investment of his time to the acquisition.

We are entrepreneur investors seeking to own and operate a business for the long-term - we don't have a defined exit timeline.  We seek to find a single company to operate and grow for decades to come, rather than flip the business in 3-5 years.

In addition to a substantial capital contribution from our President, we are supported by a deep bench of long-term investors and operators that will be providing us with patient capital to fund the acquisition.

Post-closing, we will operate the company with the same sense of stewardship and dedication as the previous ownership.  Your legacy with your customers, suppliers, and business partners is in a safe pair of hands.
