- Strong employee retention and long employee tenure
Transition Readiness
- Owner(s) excited about selling 100% of the business to a capable, energetic, committed buyer
- Deep care about the future success of the company
- Owner available to provide temporary support necessary for a successful ownership transition
Financial Criteria
- Revenues between $3M and $50M+
- $750K - $3M+ of annual pre-tax profits
- Stable, predictable cash flows
- Low to medium capital requirements (facilities, equipment, working capital, etc.)
